Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead Execute, a mature, market-proven product trusted by upstream energy operators to govern, execute, and control capital investments across the full lifecycle.
This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in complex domains, understands real-world workflows, and is ready to help a successful product enter its next phase of growth by forming informed points of view through broad analysis, then iterating and executing decisively. This role requires someone who creates momentum rather than waiting for it, leaning into strengths while taking calculated risks to drive meaningful progress.
The next phase of growth for Execute is centered on expanding impact by connecting products and using AI where it creates value.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for Execute by developing informed product opinions, testing them in market, and executing with urgencyBuild and maintain a clear, independent point of view on where the product should go, grounded in market insight, data, and domain expertise, and translate it into actionDevelop deep understanding of upstream capital execution workflows including AFEs, approvals, governance, and asset execution, and turn market and customer pain points into meaningful product improvementsExpand impact by connecting products and using AI where it creates value, partnering with engineering to turn opportunity into executionTest and validate ideas quickly, learning through iteration and adjusting course as needed to maintain forward momentumPartner closely with engineering to define priorities, user stories, and release scope, ensuring high-quality deliveryWork closely with other Product Managers to align shared workflows from capital planning decisions through governed execution across the solution setCollaborate closely across leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing to test ideas, validate opinions in market, and drive coordinated executionServe as a credible product voice with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholdersAnd other duties as assigned.Requirements
3+ years of experience in a product management or product ownership role within a cross-functional environmentDemonstrated ability to form informed opinions, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate quickly to drive executionStrong ability to understand complex workflows and translate market and domain insight into product directionExcellent communication skills and ability to lead without formal authorityExperience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environmentWillingness to travel up to 20 percentPreferred Skills
Demonstrated domain expertise in upstream oil and gas operations, particularly capital execution and governanceExperience with SaaS, enterprise, or B2B productsExperience supporting sales enablement and go-to-market effortsExperience working within a multi-product or platform-oriented product organizationAdditional Details
