Crete United is looking for a hunter-minded MEP Sales Representative to aggressively grow new business across the Denver metro market. This role is built for someone who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities from scratch, and converting relationships into long-term MEP customers.

What You’ll Own

Hunt for new logo business across commercial and industrial MEP customers

Proactively prospect general contractors, developers, property owners, and facility leaders

Generate and qualify new opportunities through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals

Drive opportunities from first contact through close, partnering with estimating and operations

Sell integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions - not single-trade work

Build and manage a strong pipeline with consistent outbound activity

Represent Crete United as a trusted, solutions-oriented MEP partner in the Denver market

What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of B2B MEP sales experience with a strong hunter mentality
-
Proven ability to prospect, open doors, and close new business

Understanding of how commercial MEP work is bought, sold, and executed

Comfortable leading conversations with decision-makers and field leadership
-
Competitive, self-directed, and motivated by commission and results
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally in the Denver metro area

$90,000 base salary + uncapped commission (strong upside for high performers)
