We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager who enjoys executing, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who already has a solid foundation in digital marketing and wants to take the next step in responsibility, ownership, and impact within an international organization. You will focus primarily on digital execution and performance, working closely with sales, regional marketing, and global teams. This is not a people‑management role, but you will have a high degree of ownership over campaigns and channels. You will report to the Regional Manager Benelux and collaborate closely with European and global marketing teams.
Location: Vianen, Netherlands (Hybrid: 1–2 days remote per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid media, email, website, and marketing automation.
- Support regional marketing initiatives in the Benelux by translating campaign concepts into concrete, measurable digital actions.
- Work with performance data and dashboards to monitor results, generate insights, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize website content and landing pages in collaboration with global teams (CMS, forms, conversion paths).
- Contribute to lead generation activities and support the customer journey across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences.
- Coordinate the creation of digital assets such as banners, emails, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
- Work within global brand and campaign frameworks while adapting execution to local market needs.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with digital channels such as paid search/social, email marketing, marketing automation, and website optimization.
- Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar).
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and KPIs.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or a mix of both is a strong plus.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
- Nice to have (but not required):
- French or German or Italian a plus.
- Experience in energy, technology, or SaaS environments.
- Exposure to international or matrix organizations.
