We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a strong digital marketing orientation to push our efforts in the Benelux region and support EU regions. While this is not a digital-only role, the ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital channels and campaign execution, particularly in B2B and B2C environments. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement and reporting to the regional manager BENELUX.
Location: Vianen, Netherlands (Hybrid: 1–2 remote days/week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive an end-to-end regional marketing strategy through a strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
- Ability to absorb and analyze market data, trends, and insights - and translate this knowledge into actionable plans that shape the overall marketing strategy.
- Lead digital-first marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels, including performance-based campaigns, marketing automation, and content-driven engagement. This includes planning, executing, and continuously optimizing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, customer journey enhancement, and measurable performance improvements.
- Support and align with the pan‑European digital strategy, ensuring full‑funnel consistency and close collaboration with regional marketing managers to maximize efficiency and impact. Collaborate with partners and customers to amplify marketing efforts and co-marketing initiatives.
- Create high‑quality, scalable marketing content, including digital assets, brochures, case studies, and sales enablement materials, that can be adapted across European markets while maintaining consistency with brand and messaging guidelines.
- Work closely with sales managers to support business growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with our global marketing, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a digital marketing manager, with a strong background in performance marketing.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing: SEO/SEM, PPC, web CMS (e.g., Drupal) and analytics, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience with tools for push notifications, in-app campaigns, and consumer-facing apps is a plus.
- Strong understanding of and experience with B2B, B2C, B2B2C marketing dynamics and customer journey mapping.
- Skilled in content creation and campaign planning.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Language skills: Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, French or German or Italian a plus.
- Experience managing small teams would be an advantage.
