MUST HAVE:
Bachelors Degree (Operations Management, Biopharma, Biotechnology, Microbiology)
ISO9001, GMP, HACCP
5+ years operations management experience in sterile/aseptic. environment
Strong technical knowledge of equipment and facility utilities, cleanroom systems & production equipment
Experience managing production and maintenance teams
Financial & budgeting experience (cost control & forecasting)
ERP/MRP systems
DUTIES:
Responsible for. manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain & quality operations management
Manage production and maintenance teams
Drive operational excellence
Continuous improvement
Oversee budgets, cost control, process efficiency & new product introductions
Quality, safety & compliance with regulatory biosafety & quality system requirements (ISO9001, cGMP, Vet Bio standards, Bio safety regulations)
Ensure adherence to aseptic processing standards and sterile facility environmental controls
Oversee maintenance department
Supply chain & materials management
Financial & Cost management
