Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
The Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety, is responsible for leading and managing EHS efforts across the Ross Video manufacturing organization and will lead Environmental Sustainability programs across Ross Video. Reporting directly to the Director, Quality, this role is critical to implementing and ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards such as ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 (where applicable), driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable practices across our operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to creating a safe and responsible workplace.

Leadership & Culture
Act as the functional lead for Environmental Practices and Sustainability across Ross Video, providing expert guidance and operational support to stakeholders at all levels
Promote a proactive, people-first safety and environmental culture within Ross Video manufacturing, aligned with Ross Video’s values

Environmental Management and Sustainability (ISO 14001)
Manage the development and maintenance of an ISO 14001-compliant Environmental Management System (EMS)
Assist in the development and administration of procedures and practices to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and to support sustainability and resource efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to set and embed environmental and social responsibility goals into operations
Support corporate sustainability reporting (e.g., GHG, CDP, DPP, UN Global Compact) using tools like Plan A
Health & Safety (ISO 45001)
Maintain and continuously improve the Health & Safety Management System to ensure alignment with ISO 45001
Assist in the development and administration of procedures and practices that reflect our company’s values and support customer requirements in collaboration with the corporate team
Manage incident investigations, risk assessments, safety training, and emergency preparedness initiatives
Monitor and report on key safety metrics, audits, and compliance performance
Manage emergency preparedness planning and ensure alignment with corporate and site-specific needs
Conduct and manage safety training in collaboration with the training team for employees and management, ensuring compliance with legislative requirement
Collaborate with leaders to implement safety protocols and corrective actions
Ensure training programs meet legislative requirements in partnership with the training team
Who you are:
Demonstrated ability to exercise leadership through influence and collaboration across multiple functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in EHS roles within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills, including ability to present to all levels in the organization.
Accreditation, certifications: or experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Bonus points if you have the following:
High-tech experience
Certification in: IPC-A-610, ANSI/ESD S20.20, IATF 16949, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
Advance knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Established ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Experienced working within an office setting within an electronics manufacturing environment
Occasional travel may be required
Participation in emergency response and safety drills as needed
