About The Role
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support subscriber compliance activities across our growing community solar portfolio. This role will support key compliance workflows including disclosure and collateral management, subscription agreement facilitation, DTC compliance, and subscriber compliance reporting. It is a highly cross functional role that works closely with internal teams, subscriber organizations, utilities, and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met accurately and on time.
This role is ideal for early career professionals or recent graduates with 1+ years of experience who are detail oriented, organized, and excited to build foundational compliance skills in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. As a Compliance Analyst, you will help monitor, validate, and facilitate subscriber compliance reporting while supporting the development of scalable processes as Solar Landscape continues to grow. This role plays an important part in protecting program integrity and supporting the delivery of benefits to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities- Subscriber Compliance and Reporting
- Facilitate and monitor subscriber compliance reporting requirements, including tracking deadlines, to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission across utilities, markets, and program administrators.
- Review, reconcile, and perform QA QC on subscriber level data and compliance reports, identifying discrepancies, risks, and required remediation.
- Serve as a point of contact for subscriber compliance related inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external partners.
- Disclosure, Agreement, and Collateral Management
- Manage the intake, review, and tracking of required disclosure, collateral, and subscription agreement documentation for subscribers and subscriber organizations.
- Validate documentation against applicable market and program requirements and flag gaps or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with subscriber organizations, legal, utilities, and internal teams to remediate missing or noncompliant documentation.
- Maintain organized records to support audits, reporting, and regulatory or program reviews.
- DTC Compliance Management
- Support DTC compliance workflows including issue tracking, coordination, and resolution with utilities, subscriber organizations, and internal teams.
- Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of DTC compliance processes.
- Process Improvement and Documentation
- Assist in the development and documentation of SOPs, standardized compliance checklists, and templates for subscriber compliance workflows.
- Identify recurring compliance issues and support the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and metrics to improve visibility and scalability.
- Proactively surface insights or gaps that affect contract performance or subscriber satisfaction and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address them efficiently.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Policy, Business, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing and reconciling data or documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting compliance, regulatory, or reporting functions is preferred but not required.
- Exposure to community solar, renewable energy, or sustainability focused organizations is a strong plus.

$55,000 - $72,000 a year
Salary will vary depending on your location and job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
