Lyten Poland is seeking a Sales Lead to drive commercial growth for our energy storage business in Poland and across key European markets.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a proven hunter and closer. Someone who can independently originate opportunities, build senior-level relationships, and own the full commercial lifecycle from first engagement through deal execution.
You will be responsible for creating momentum quickly, reactivating relevant industry relationships, navigating technically and commercially complex sales cycles, and working closely with Legal and internal stakeholders to close and execute high-value agreements.
This role is not focused on account maintenance or renewals. It is designed for someone who thrives on new business creation, market entry, and closing meaningful, long-term commercial partnerships.
Minimum compensation: 12 000 PLN gross monthly
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Commercial Ownership
Own the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity origination to contract execution
Drive deals from initial relationship inception through negotiation, close, execution and maintain key account
Maintain accountability for commercial outcomes throughout the engagement
New Business Acquisition (Hunter Focus)
Proactively identify and pursue new customers and strategic partners in energy storage
Engage utilities, IPPs, infrastructure developers, industrial energy users, and strategic partners
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new, revenue-generating opportunities
Relationship Development & Re-Engagement
Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders
Reignite and convert past or dormant industry relationships into active commercial opportunities
Position Lyten as a long-term strategic partner focused on maximizing customer value.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Lead commercial negotiations in close collaboration with Lyten’s Legal team
Shape and negotiate terms and conditions, pricing structures, and commercial frameworks
Ensure deals are commercially viable, executable, and aligned with Lyten’s strategic objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to support deal closure and execution
Provide clear commercial context and expectations to internal teams
Support smooth transition from signed agreement to execution
Market & Strategic Input
Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive feedback
Help shape Lyten’s go-to-market strategy for energy storage in Europe
Identify emerging opportunities, partnerships, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
Experience
8+ years of senior, full-cycle sales experience in energy, energy storage, infrastructure, or adjacent industrial sectors
Demonstrated success as a hunter and closer in complex, technical sales environments
Proven ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience working closely with Legal teams on contracts and negotiations
Commercial & Professional Skills
Strong executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
Excellent negotiation, structuring, and commercial judgment
Ability to operate independently and drive results with minimal oversight
