What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in growing Matriarch’s Utilities Management and Solar O&M offering. This includes identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and introducing organisations to smarter, technology-driven ways of managing utilities and energy assets.
You’ll work closely with commercial, technical, and operations teams to guide clients from first conversation through to onboarding, positioning Matriarch as a long-term partner across utilities optimisation, solar operations, and asset performance.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in business development, sales, or account management within utilities, property, energy, or renewable sectors

Confidence selling solution-based offerings, including utilities management and Solar O&M services

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills

A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals

Interest in technology-enabled solutions and improving outdated industry practices
Qualifications:
