As a customer care representative, you will play a key role in assisting Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively.

This role allows you to utilize your proficiency in Dutch to build relationships and provide guidance to customers regarding our innovative energy products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels
- Handle inquiries related to renewable energy products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Educate customers about sustainable energy solutions and benefits
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve company services
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge
Requirements- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Residing in Greece
- In possession of AMKA & AFMI
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer care or related fields is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability
- Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage
