Inception Financial is seeking a Senior, Executive\-Level Executive Assistant<\/b> to serve as a true right hand to one of our Co\-Founders. This is not a traditional administrative role. This position is designed for a seasoned EA who operates as an extension of the executive someone who brings exceptional judgment, anticipates needs before they surface, and drives clarity, leverage, and execution at the highest level<\/b>.<\/span>

You will work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff and the Executive Assistant supporting our other Co\-Founder, functioning as part of a tight, high\-trust executive support team<\/b>. The ideal candidate has experience supporting founders or senior executives in high\-growth, high\-expectation environments and is comfortable operating with autonomy, discretion, and strategic intent.<\/span>

<\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
1. Executive Partnership & Strategic Leverage<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Serve as a trusted right hand to the Co\-Founder, managing priorities, workflows, and competing demands with precision and foresight<\/span>
<\/li>
Anticipate executive needs, identify risks or gaps, and proactively surface solutions before issues arise<\/span>
<\/li>
Act as a strategic filter protecting executive focus, reducing noise, and ensuring time and attention are allocated to the highest\-value initiatives<\/span>
<\/li>
Exercise sound judgment and provide thoughtful pushback when appropriate, always in service of the business<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>2. Complex Calendar, Travel & Logistics Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Own and optimize complex, multi\-time\-zone calendars with proactive conflict resolution and scenario planning<\/span>
<\/li>
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, contingencies, and real\-time problem solving<\/span>
<\/li>
Support periodic in\-person meetings, leadership offsites, and events in the Los Angeles area<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>3. Executive Support Team Partnership<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure alignment across executive priorities and company\-wide initiatives<\/span>
<\/li>
Coordinate seamlessly with the Executive Assistant supporting the second Co\-Founder to maintain consistency, coverage, and continuity<\/span>
<\/li>
Provide back\-up executive support during planned or unplanned absences to ensure uninterrupted executive operations<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>4. High\-Level Administrative, C\-Suite & Cross\-Functional Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and executive summaries that enable efficient decision\-making<\/span>
<\/li>
Track action items, follow up on commitments, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines<\/span>
<\/li>
Provide selective support to C\-suite leaders and collaborate with the Chief of Staff on planning initiatives and special projects<\/span>
<\/li>
Manage a blend of professional and personal tasks with absolute discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality<\/span>
