Join Our Team as a Field Supervisor – Building Manager / Concierge!
Cleantech is seeking a reliable, proactive, and professional Field Supervisor – Building Manager / Concierge to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in different environments. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide coverage for Building Manager / Concierge shifts when permanent staff are on vacation, sick leave, or absent, while also supporting supervisory and quality control tasks across multiple sites.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide relief coverage for Building Manager / Concierge shifts as needed.
- Travel between multiple buildings and locations based on operational needs.
- Supervise and support Building Managers / Concierge staff, ensuring company standards and policies are followed.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality.
- Train new employees on building maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Coordinate schedules and shift coverage to meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and resolve service concerns promptly.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in dynamic situations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Building Manager, Concierge, or Field Supervisor.
- Previous experience in hospitality, facilities management, or property management is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime when needed.
- Flexible availability and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend shifts as required
- Start Date: February
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary & Benefits: $48,000-$50,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
- Monthly gas allowance in accordance with CRA guidelines
