Job Purpose
The Sales Co‑ordinator plays a key role in supporting the commercial team by overseeing regional sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of waste oil services. Performance in this role is measured through service quality, customer retention, and achievement of sales targets. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, invoicing and documentation
- Manage and improve sales performance within your region
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to arrange waste collection services
- Support timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
- Work closely with the broader sales team to support regional sales strategy
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage incoming emails to the Sales Co‑ordinator inbox
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Upsell additional Slicker services where opportunities arise
- Maintain accurate customer records, including purchase orders and contact details
- Act as the key point of contact for customer queries, concerns and service updates
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Liaise with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate any irregularities or compliance concerns
- Contribute towards process improvements across the sales function
