- Arrange employee travel, vehicle management, and accommodation
- Coordinate company transport and driver scheduling
- Maintain travel and transport records
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and inventory
- Track issuance, return, and disposal of assets
- Conduct periodic audits
Employee Support & Coordination
- Handle employee admin-related queries and support
- Coordinate onboarding logistics (ID cards, seating, assets)
- Support employee engagement activities and events
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, and documentation
- Support audits and statutory inspections
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Budget & Cost Control
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the administration budget
