Our drivers hold the keys to our success! Our Drop & Hook Drivers could be out overnight up to 1 night a month. We do pay per diem for nights that you are away from home.

Job Summary:
A Drop and Hook Driver is responsible for safely operating a truck while providing prompt, courteous and complete tire recycling services for customers. Drivers will deliver scrap tires to Liberty location or feed stock material to customer locations. Driver will swap empty/full trailers at customer location or drop yards

Compensation
Up to $31.00 an hour
**** Wages paid on a bi-weekly cycle****
Driver Qualifications:
- 22 years of age with Class A CDL
- Must have and maintain acceptable MVR in compliance with DOT
- 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience
- End Dump Experience with trailers up to 53’ is required
- Must pass post-offer background, DOT physical, company road test and drug test
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections on assigned equipment and report defects to dispatch through the completion of DVIR's; maintain clean, safe equipment
- Must be willing to always be professional at our tire stores
- Safely transporting tires to and from customer locations
- Ensuring load is correctly placed and secure
- Maintain documents per DOT guidelines, ELD compliant
- Attend monthly Transportation Safety Meetings
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes and airborne particles.
