Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I in the Facilities Operations Branch, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst provides analytical and administrative support to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of District 4 facilities. Manages space planning, analyzes space needs, and oversees modular furniture installations. Administers service contracts for vendors including movers, lighting, and electrical services, ensuring compliance with specifications and approving invoices. Oversees approximately 700,000 sq. ft. of space serving 2,300+ employees. Acts as Contract Administrator for facility operations, developing specifications, monitoring contractor performance, and managing renewals and emergency repairs. Serves as liaison for field offices and the State Lab Mitigation Program, coordinating maintenance and ensuring code compliance. Provides customer service, resolves facility issues, and conducts monthly audits to maintain building standards. Collaborates with HQ, DGS, and Budget staff to support facility needs and funding requirements.
