What You’ll Own
•Grade, sort, and stack pallets and gaylords with speed and accuracy
• Swap out full bins, totes, and bags; replace them with empties to keep material moving in our shredding plant
• Keep the area clean, organized, and ready for the next production run
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures without shortcuts
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in a production role
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Forklift Experience not required but highly preferred
Pay & Benefits
• $18.00–$20.00/hour based on experience
• Day shift only with flexible weekday schedule options
• No weekends. No mandatory OT.
