This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution within a fast-growing and innovative business unit.
Localize and adapt marketing content across social, website, email, and event materials, ensuring consistent brand voice.
Support content creation for social media, website, and newsletters (text, visuals, and videos), both for global and regional channels, and support community management.
Supportregionalevents & webinars (logistics, vendors, shipment, speaker coordination, on-site support where applicable).
Assistinthe digitaladvertising, including but not limited to GoogleAds, LinkedInAds, and YouTubeAds.
Currently enrolled in abachelor’s ormaster’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience withediting anddesign tools (e.g.,InDesign, Photoshop) or social media management toolshighly desirable; ideally, first experience in marketing automation programs such as Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot for mailings as well as WordPress for websites.
YOUR BACKPACK IS FILLED WITH
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer service, technical support, or field service – ideally in the PV or energy storage sector
- Practical experience with PV and battery system installation, commissioning, or diagnostics is a strong asset
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and customer-friendly manner
- Familiarity with PV system design tools, monitoring platforms, and remote troubleshooting methodologies
- High customer orientation with excellent communication skills across various customer types (installers, homeowners, O&M providers)
- Valid driver's license required
- Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
