The Admin Lead is responsible for Security Operations, Security Control Room, Intelligence and Vigilance, Security Projects /Automation (CCTV/ACS/PIDS/HHMD/DFMD/FRS/ALARM MONITORING ETC) Handling IR Issues , Fire Fighting , etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must having knowledge of PSARA and Security Compliances.
- To be a Certified Security Lead Auditor experience in handling AEO & C-TPAT compliance audit.
- Must having good hand on Material management System and Management
- Having experience to deal with various internal and External Security audits. Extensive experience in preparation and monitoring/track of Security budgets .
- Must having knowledge on various Security projects viz. Installation of Integrated CCTV/ACS/Alarm Monitoring/PIDS etc.
- To extensive exposure in Crisis and Risk Assessment, Investigations, Emergency response, Mock drills to mitigate Security risks etc.
- To having good Knowledge of Safety, Fire Alarm System and other Firefighting extinguishers.
- Must having expert in handling fraud cases, its Investigation and final closure.
- Having experience in handling Admin role viz – Transport, Housekeeping, Pest control, Landscaping, Canteen, etc.

To be execution of Security SOPs & Procedures/Guidelines, deployment of Security Supervisors, guards, Control operators and providing trainings, statutory compliance/agreements.
- Having experience risk assessment for the location.
- To be investigations and preventive measures of office.
- Must having experience to renewable of contract service of Admin related vendors
