Project Coordinator / Junior PM – Solar & Renewable Energy

Franchisees work on installing and maintaining clean energy systems for both residential and
commercial purposes. As a franchisor, our client supplies franchisees with solar PV equipment,
energy storage equipment, and electric vehicle supply equipment. Additionally, they offer
support services from corporate headquarters, including marketing, sales, engineering, plan
sets, customer service, and project management.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator or Junior PM to join our team! This is a great
opportunity for someone with a background in electrical engineering or project coordination who
is interested in solar and renewable energy. You will support project management, customer
service, technical tasks, permits, procurement, and construction coordination.
What You’ll Do:
● Assist in managing residential and small commercial solar projects
● Support customers and franchise owners to ensure smooth project design and execution
● 3D modelling and technical document review
● Help create site plans, material lists, and engineering documents
● Assist with permit applications for solar installations.
● Coordinate equipment orders and track supply logistics.
● Work with contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
● Excellent written and verbal skills
● A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
● 1+ year of experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy (internships count!).
● Familiarity with CAD software and solar modeling tools is a plus.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Interest in solar and renewable energy.
