Role Overview
The MEP Manager will lead the following scope of work, in various buildings & Structures across the project.
- Multiple Distributed HVAC system,
- Fire alarm, Firefighting system including PS & Underground Piping.
- Plumbing scope for Buildings
- Associated Electrical & Miscellaneous work,
- Sub Contractors.
This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in MEP systems integration, since project execution will be executed by Sub Contractors and it will be the MEP Manager responsibility for Execution & timely Delivery with contractual compliance & local standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end MEP scope for the project including Supervising Sub Contractors for installation, testing, and commissioning & Handover to Client.
- Ensure HSE Compliance.
- Internal Interface with civil, Electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Ensure adherence to client specifications.
- Plan, Monitor & Enforce Timely Schedule by proper coordination with all stake holder, subcontractors & their resources for efficient execution.
- Implement QA/QC procedures and enforce HSE standards across all MEP activities.
- Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and manage variations related to MEP works.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and vendors for approvals and technical clarifications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in MEP management, with min 5 years of working in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, blowers, HVAC systems, electrical panels, cabling, and plumbing networks in treatment plants.
- Familiarity with SCADA, MCC, and PLC integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
