Join Enlight’s Analytics & EMS team and help optimize a global renewable energy portfolio spanning PV, BESS, and Wind assets. Our Energy Management System (EMS) is the operational brain of our sites, controlling how energy is produced, stored, traded, and delivered. This role drives data-driven decisions that directly impact performance and revenue.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze operational and market data to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across the portfolio.
• Investigate root causes of deviations in production, availability, and revenue, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Own end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and automated data pipelines across EMS, SCADA, and external data sources.
• Support and optimize EMS decision-making workflows to improve site efficiency, stability, and energy output.
• Execute and monitor intraday EMS optimization strategies to maximize energy revenues.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to turn analytics into measurable performance improvements.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Strong Python and SQL skills (SQL Server preferred).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation, and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
