As Project Development & Cooperations Intern/Working Student (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:

Participating in the day-to-day project development of state-of-the-art renewable energy projects (Wind, PV, BESS)
Hands-on Stakeholder coordination and management (e.g. landowners, service providers, development partners)
Contributing to feasibility studies, drafting and monitoring of project contracts, financial models and due diligence processes
Supporting the screening, analysis and evaluation of new project development opportunities and hybridization and repowering opportunities within the existing asset portfolio, working closely with Asset, Commercial, and Investment Management teams.
Conducting research on financials, market trends, regulatory frameworks, and technology developments
Preparing and maintaining structured analyses, summaries, and decision-support materials for the Cooperations & Development Senior Management
Maintaining project documentation, trackers, and databases related to development projects and partnerships.
Independently manageing assigned tasks and deliverables under guidance from experienced team members.

A hands-on mentality combined with a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and technical skills, paired with a proactive and positive attitude
High degree of self-responsibility, ownership, and reliability
An entrepreneurial, performance-driven mindset and strong team-player mentality
Completed Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program) in Business Administration, Economics, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on renewable energies
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Basic understanding of project development, energy markets, or infrastructure investments is a plus
