Your impact

Own and manage B -BBEE scorecards across multiple project companies
<\/p><\/li>
Drive monthly internal compliance reviews and verification readiness
<\/p><\/li>
Identify risks, gaps, and high -impact opportunities to improve B -BBEE performance
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate annual verification audits with leading verification agencies
<\/p><\/li>
Deliver clear, decision -ready reporting to senior management
<\/p><\/li>
Support and track transformation initiatives that go beyond compliance
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
What we’re looking for
<\/h3>
2+ years’ experience in B -BBEE verification or compliance
<\/p><\/li>
Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Law, HR, or related field (NQF 5/6+)
<\/p><\/li>
Strong working knowledge of B -BBEE legislation, Codes, EE & Skills frameworks
<\/p><\/li>
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
<\/p><\/li>
Highly organised, detail -driven, and confident in stakeholder engagement
<\/p><\/li>
Genuine passion for transformation, empowerment, and doing things properly
