Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop a team of renewable energy consultants
Coach team members through hands-on training and performance support
Lead by example in the field
Build a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
Earn through personal performance and your team’s success

Qualifications

What We Offer

Weekly pay including base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses
Annual earning potential: $55,000K –$85,000K Plus
(Weekly base pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses)

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Leadership, coaching, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
