CAM HVAC & Construction, a proud member of the Crete United family, is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator to support commercial and public-sector projects in Rhode Island. Salary $110-150K DOE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (plan/spec and design-build)
- Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to determine materials, labor, and timelines
- Solicit subcontractor/vendor quotes
- Work with project managers and leadership to support winning proposals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in mechanical/HVAC estimating
- Pipefitting and refrigeration experience required
- Experience with commercial, municipal, and government bids
- Proficient with estimating software and takeoff tools
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline orientation
