Civil Works & HSE Maintenance Officer<\/b>

Assist in <\/span>BOQ preparation, designing, and development<\/b> <\/span>of civil and renovation projects.
<\/li>Support in <\/span>hiring, coordination, and supervision<\/b> <\/span>of civil and finishing contractors.
<\/li>Monitor and manage on -site execution<\/b>, ensuring quality, quantity, and timely completion of works.
<\/li>Conduct <\/span>daily site inspections<\/b>, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
<\/li>Handle <\/span>procurement of materials<\/b>, conduct market surveys, and negotiate with vendors for cost -effective solutions.
<\/li>Verify <\/span>contractor bills<\/b> <\/span>with proper documentation and work verification.
<\/li>Maintain proper records for all <\/span>repair and maintenance activities<\/b>, including work orders, inspection reports, and material usage logs.

B. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Ensure <\/span>strict compliance with HSE standards<\/b> <\/span>during all civil and maintenance activities.
<\/li>Implement and monitor <\/span>site safety procedures<\/b>, including risk assessments and safe work practices.
<\/li>Coordinate with the <\/span>HSE department<\/b> <\/span>for training and awareness sessions for contractors and staff.
<\/li>Ensure <\/span>personal protective equipment (PPE)<\/b> <\/span>usage and monitor adherence to safety protocols.
<\/li>Assist in <\/span>emergency preparedness<\/b> <\/span>and site evacuation planning.

Qualifications & Skills<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree<\/b> <\/span>in Civil Engineering or a related field.
<\/li>3–5 years of relevant experience<\/b> <\/span>in civil maintenance, construction supervision, or facility management.
<\/li>Certification in IOSH or NEBOSH <\/span><\/b>will be considered a strong plus.
<\/li>Proven knowledge of <\/span>HSE standards, risk assessment, and site safety protocols.<\/b>
<\/li>Proficiency in <\/span>MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/b> <\/span>and reporting tools.
<\/li>Working knowledge of <\/span>AutoCAD (2D/3D)<\/b> <\/span>for layout reading and minor design modifications is plus.
<\/li>Basic understanding of <\/span>MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)<\/b> <\/span>systems.
<\/li>Strong <\/span>communication, negotiation, and leadership<\/b> <\/span>skills.
<\/li>Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth coordination between contractors and management.
