Purpose Statement
東京およびシンガポールのチームメイトと緊密に連携しながら日常業務をこなし、プロジェクトに参加し、戦略策定も支援できる、サステナビリティ分野に情熱を持ち、意欲的で積極的かつ熟練した人材を求めています。この役割は、コーポレート・サステナビリティ部長および副部長に報告し、企業全体にわたるサステナビリティに関わるレポーティングと会議体運営を担当します。
We seek a highly motivated, proactive and skilled individual who has a passion in sustainability and can work closely with our teammates in Tokyo and Singapore in taking a fair amount of our reporting tasks, joining on projects as well as helping in formulating our strategy. This role reports to the head of corporate sustainability and deputy-head of corporate sustainability and is responsible for coordinating the department’s reporting responsibilities as well as playing the role of secretariat for the department’s committees.
Key Responsibilities

- 年次サステナビリティ・レポートのプロジェクトをリードし制作活動に関わる（ISSB対応含む）
- 親会社向けESG・サステナビリティ関連報告の対応
- サステナビリティの取り組みに関わる各種顧客調査への回答やDEI評価指標の対応
- ESG（環境、社会、ガバナンス）やサステナビリティに関する情報発信
- 社外コンサルタントと連携し、カーボンフットプリント計測プロセス・レポーティングの対応
- ESG（環境、社会、ガバナンス）やサステナビリティに関する外部発信
- 当部会議体の運営事務局
Day to day operations include
- Lead the project team for annual sustainability report. Develop and continuously improve internal and external reporting capabilities to align with the ISSB Standards.
- Reporting on the firm’s ESG/sustainability when requested by the parent company.
- Answer Request for Proposals and submit applications for DEI-related benchmark tools/awards to promote our diversity management initiatives.
- Support external messaging of ESG (in partnership with Investments) and corporate sustainability.
- Work with external consultant to calculate and report on the firm’s greenhouse gas emissions.
- Work as the secretariat for the department’s various committees.
Knowledge and Skills
- ESGやコーポレート・サステナビリティ・CSR分野に精通していること
- 投資におけるESGに関する知識は望ましい
- 国内外オフィスの社内関係者や社外関係者と積極的に関わる能力
- 資料作成、社内広報、内外イベントの調整など、文章および口頭での高いコミュニケーションスキル
- 高いプロジェクト管理能力
- Knowledgeable in applications of sustainability/CSR initiatives in corporate setting
- Knowledge in ESG in investment is a strong positive
- Good influencing skills when managing internal stakeholders and peers
- Possess broad marketing and communication skills: digital marketing, collateral production, corporate communications, sponsorships, and coordination of internal and external events
- Strong implementation and project management skills
Experience and Qualification
- 同様の職務（例えば企業のCSR部門やコンサルティング・ファームにおける関連部門）で2-3年以上の実務経験
- 日本語： ネイティブ～上級ビジネスレベル 英語： 上級ビジネスレベル以上
- MSワード、パワーポイント、エクセルなどの標準的なデスクトップアプリケーションの使用経験
- シェアポイントやHTMLなどのウェブサイト言語の使用経験
- サステナビリティ関連資格、投資関連資格、経験があれば尚可
- Over 2-3 years working experience in a similar role (such as in a corporate CSR function or sustainability consulting)
- Japanese: Native ~ advanced business level English: Advanced business level or above
- Experience with standard desktop applications e.g. MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience with Sharepoint and website languages e.g. HTML
- Sustainability related qualifications, investment related qualifications / experience are an advantages
