As aSustainability Strategy Senior Manager, you willlead multidisciplinary teams andpartnerwithclient executives to design and deliver sustainability strategies withmeasurableimpact.Your focus will be onshaping functional capabilities, operating models, and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives acrossSustainable Value Chains, and Net Zero transitions, Circular Business Models and ESG measurementsand performance management.
Mentor and develop junior talent, creating a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experienceinsustainability andConsulting, leadingstrategytransformation programs for large organizations
Education:Bachelor’s degree inEnvironmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, ora relatedfield. A master’s degree is preferred.
Functional skills:Sustainable Value Chains, Traceability, carbon management, sustainabilityproductand portfolio development, ESG regulations (incl. DPP,PPWR,EUDR, CSRD, etc.)
Project Management:Proventrack recordin strategy consulting, client advisory, program delivery, and business development.
Business Acumen:Demonstratedability to develop new business opportunities and lead proposal development.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiencesinEnglish and preferably Swedish.Knowledge of otherNordic languagesisconsidered anadditionalqualification.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
