Position Overview
Based in our Brisbane Head Office, this role provides environmental and sustainability leadership across All Energy Contracting’s renewable energy construction and maintenance projects. Working closely with project and site teams, you will ensure environmental compliance, promote sustainable practices, and provide practical, hands on support across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead environmental and sustainability compliance across projects
- Implement and maintain project environmental management plans and systems
- Manage environmental audits, approvals, recommendations, and compliance actions
- Provide professional environmental advice and onsite support to project teams
- Coordinate environmental training, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Lead environmental incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Complete internal, external, and regulatory environmental reporting
- Maintain ISO 14001 certification requirements and EMS documentation
- Support continuous improvement in environmental performance and culture
- Build strong working relationships with project, site, and management teams
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in environmental and or sustainability roles within construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Environment, Sustainability, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Experience with audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence site based teams
- Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
- Construction Induction White Card and open driver’s licence
- Able to meet site medical and fitness requirements
- Proof of working rights in Australia
