What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Saltwater Aquarium Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on saltwater aquarium care.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and tanks.
- Monitoring the health and well-being of aquatic livestock and ensuring proper care.
- Handling sales transactions and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Educating customers about marine life, water quality, and aquarium maintenance.
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming store environment.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with saltwater aquariums and/or in a retail environment.
- A strong knowledge of marine life, aquarium equipment, and water chemistry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for marine ecosystems and a willingness to share your expertise with others.
