This role is well-suited for someone who is comfortable and efficient using computers and technology throughout the day, including email, ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and internal software platforms. Strong phone communication is also essential, as you will regularly handle calls, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and keep work moving without delays.
Success in this position requires the ability to learn new systems quickly, work accurately in multiple programs at once, and communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and over the phone.

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred: Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or bachelor's degree
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Ability to proactively ensure adherence to local, state and federal guidelines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented, office and warehouse environment at our Muskegon facility.
