Are you ready to lead impactful environmental projects? We’re seeking an experienced Environmental Professional to join our growing team in Fredericton, NB. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and sustainable solutions. You’ll manage multidisciplinary projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative strategies that protect ecosystems and communities.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Lead and manage environmental projects including site assessments, remediation, and permitting.
- Develop and implement environmental management plans and compliance strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior environmental professionals.
- Stay current with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
What your experience looks like
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting or project management.
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., or equivalent) preferred.
