About the Position
Job Brief
We are seeking an Administrative / Distribution Clerk who supports daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations while providing clerical and coordination support. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient material flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving operations, including documentation, scheduling, and recordkeeping
- Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site drivers, ensuring proper check-in, communication, and direction
- Coordinate with co-pack facilities and external partners as needed to support distribution and logistics activities
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping paperwork, delivery records, and related administrative documents
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, phone/email communication, and general office support
- Assist with inventory tracking and reporting as required
- Support operations staff to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
QualificationsQualifications & Physical Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, preferred strong experience in ERP software and Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
- Clear communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with drivers and partners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
