Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Shifts to start late January. Must be able to work 3-5 days per week including weekends and holidays. Schedule varies and subject to change through the spring and summer.

Group Sales Associate
Essential duties may include:
• Processing advance bookings and ticket sales for all parks
• Ensure that customers are aware of the full range of products available at the individual parks, including special offers
• Supporting the sales strategy by assisting with outbound calls and telemarketing
• Answer incoming Group Sales telephone lines & email correspondence.
• Process payments and ensure that ticket orders are accurately fulfilled.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Internal Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including a clear, friendly phone voice
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Must possess a professional and positive attitude, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Word and Excel are a must, PowerPoint is a plus.
Knowledge of Gateway Ticketing System and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Must be flexible & available to work weekends, holidays & extended hours
