Job Summary<\/b>

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, construction, and roofing, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties while ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations. <\/span>For November and December installs, we are offering premium pay, overtime opportunities, and temporary hourly increases to help complete year -end projects.<\/b>

<\/div>Install solar panels and associated equipment on rooftops and ground mounts
<\/span><\/li>Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations
<\/span><\/li>Perform electrical work including high voltage and low voltage connections in accordance with NEC standards
<\/span><\/li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and trenchers safely and effectively during installation processes<\/span>
<\/li>Conduct fixture installations and ensure all components are securely mounted
<\/li>Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently<\/span>
<\/li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
<\/span><\/li>Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or testing phases
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>

Previous experience as a solar installer or in a similar role is preferred
<\/span><\/li>Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations
<\/span><\/li>Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to solar installations
<\/span><\/li>Experience with roofing techniques is advantageous
<\/span><\/li>Knowledge of plumbing systems may be beneficial for integrated installations
<\/span><\/li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions<\/span>
