Join Our Team as an Account Manager!
Cleantech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager with experience in property management, facilities management, or the cleaning industry. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead a dynamic team and manage operations across multiple residential buildings in the Metro Vancouver area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients and strata/property management to understand their needs and resolve service-related issues promptly.

Supervise and lead janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Guide and support Field Supervisors onsite at assigned buildings.

Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address concerns.

Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development of team members.

Manage overall staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance.

Demonstrate flexibility by working across various locations and buildings as required by company needs.
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in janitorial, facilities management, or building management.

Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle required).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
