Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct and manage Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, including site reconnaissance, regulatory research, and environmental sampling.
- Analyze field and laboratory data and prepare clear, compliant Phase I & II ESA reports with findings and recommendations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality, efficient project delivery.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures during all field activities.
Education/Experience:
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Professional Licensure or Certifications in the field of specialization
- Valid Driver’s License in the state of residence
