In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the development and execution of internal communication plans that promote Emerson’s environmental sustainability initiatives and thought leadership.
- Write, compile, and edit materials such as blog posts, press releases, slide decks, newsletters, and website content to make technical information accessible to broad audiences.
- Prepare engaging graphical content and videos to support communication campaigns and sustainability programs rolled out by the Global Enterprise Sustainability group.
- Track, evaluate, and report metrics of success for sustainability communications and engagement activities, ensuring data is accurate and actionable.
- Assist in coordinating Emerson’s Global Green Teams program, supporting the Global Green Teams Network Council to expand the scope and reach of volunteer-based local sustainability organizations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Business, Environmental Studies, or STEM-related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in communications or a related field, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating and managing newsletters, email campaigns, and other internal communication materials.
- Ability to compile analytics from multiple sources and turn them into actionable insights.
- Availability to work on a mid-shift schedule to accommodate US working hours.
