- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in alternative energy project management.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects (solar, battery storage, etc.).
- Strong understanding of alternative energy technologies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- OSHA Safety Training (10 Hour)
