Job Purpose:The Lead - Business Excellence - Quality Circle is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Quality Circle initiatives and Kaizen methodologies. This role oversees the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards while managing digital portals for efficient access to resources. Additionally, the Lead coordinates the implementation of the Advanced Business Excellence Model (ABEM), aligns initiatives with strategic objectives, and engages stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness. By developing training programs and ensuring audit compliance, the Lead empowers teams to enhance quality and achieve organizational success.
ResponsibilitiesPeople Development:
- Leading from the front & being accountable for the professional growth of your teams. Developing/conducting/promoting training & learning initiatives to enhance skills & empowering them to take ownership of key processes and decisions.
Innovation:
- Integrating advanced solar technologies and automation to streamline production and enhance energy efficiency. Driving continuous improvements in product design and manufacturing processes.
Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Adopting digital tools and analytics to optimize solar production, monitor quality, and improve resource allocation. Enabling data-driven decisions for better operational performance
Quality Circle Leadership:
- Facilitate and lead Quality Circle initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Engage cross-functional teams in problem-solving and innovative thinking to enhance operational effectiveness.
Integrated Management System (IMS) Oversight:
- Manage and oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure alignment with quality, environmental, and safety standards. Conduct regular reviews and updates to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
Kaizen Implementation:
- Drive Kaizen initiatives across departments, promoting a culture of incremental improvement. Lead workshops and training sessions to empower teams in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Portal Management:
- Oversee the management of digital portals for quality management, ensuring easy access to relevant documentation, resources, and data for all team members. Maintain up-to-date information and facilitate user training.
Advanced Business Excellence Model (ABEM) Coordination:
- Coordinate the implementation of the Advanced Business Excellence Model (ABEM) within the organization. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and monitor progress toward business excellence goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a shared vision of quality and continuous improvement. Facilitate communication and feedback loops to ensure alignment on initiatives.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs on quality management principles, Kaizen methodologies, and IMS practices. Mentor team members to enhance their capabilities in quality improvement.
Audit and Compliance Management:
- Conduct regular audits of quality systems and processes to ensure adherence to standards and regulations. Identify non-conformities and work with teams to develop corrective actions.

QualificationsEducational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree or relevant certification in Quality Management is preferable.
Work Experience (Range of years):
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quality management, continuous improvement, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
