Job Purpose:<\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

<\/div>

The role is to be responsible for conducting detailed Site Survey, preparation of Detailed BOM for overall SPV System, PV Layout, SLD, PV Syst Simulation, Vendor interactions, Optimum Cost Estimation etc., Also, candidates with detailed engineering experiences will be highly preferred.

Strong Understanding of latest products and System related to Solar PV, Electrical System Design, Solar Design, CAD, Electrical, System performance, civil and mechanical, Regulatory and Standards Knowledge, latest Market Trends like Energy Storage[BESS], Hybrid Renewable energy will be preferred. <\/span>

Description of the roles and responsibilities:<\/b><\/u>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Single point responsibility for Bid Estimation/Proposal during Business development process for Ground /<\/u> Roof<\/u> mounted solar systems by doing Detailed system design conceptualization, arriving at optimum generation data, preparing PV Layouts, Bill of material and SLDs, Vendor interactions, Optimum Cost Estimation, Tender documents as a part of submission to customer in coordination with BD Team.
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for Optimum BOQ with Cost Estimation of overall Solar PV System to support BD Team.
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for obtaining necessary inputs from internal standards/BD team / external customers for designing optimum solar system and attending customer meetings as and when necessary.
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for on time preparation and submission of required documents as per Tender/BD requirements.
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A self - initiator, you will be able to manage your time and take the initiative <\/span>
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

Minimum technical expertise with Skills and tools:<\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Expertise in Running PVSYST, PVSol Software Tools, <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Working knowledge of Helioscope, AutoCAD & Google SketchUp, Solar Labs <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Expertise in MS office package
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Should have a bird’s eye view on the entire solar system including detailed Site Survey, state wise solar Policy, civil and structural elements of solar system. <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication skills – minimum written and spoken – English and Hindi<\/u>
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Project Expertise: o Hands -on experience in designing and implementing commercial solar projects.
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of solar system design, including layout optimization and cost estimation.
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Soft Skills: o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and convey technical concepts effectively.
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong planning and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management. o Initiative -driven, with a proactive approach to problem -solving.
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Education <\/span>: BE., in Electrical Engineering
<\/div>Experience <\/span>: 5 -8 years of Solar work experience in Design and Engineering [particularly 4 years of Bid Estimation Experience is preferred] <\/span>

Should have working experience in the renewable energy sector.<\/b>
