Senior Sales Executive – Commercial HVAC

ControlAir Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to grow commercial HVAC replacement, retrofit, and project work across the Greater Boston market. This role is built for a proven seller who understands how to open doors, build trust, and close complex opportunities.
The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with commercial customers including property management/development, office, education, retail, and more
- Sell HVAC service agreements, replacement, retrofit, and project-based HVAC design/build solutions via end users.
- Work directly with operations and leadership to scope opportunities and win work
- Own your pipeline from prospecting through close
- Operate with autonomy, accountability, and local decision-making authority
- Effectively hand project details off to project management team for execution
The successful candidate is relationship driven, market-facing and has a proven track record of working with customers to find solutions to their HVAC needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical services sales experience
- Strong network in the Greater Boston / North Shore market
- Proven ability to sell replacement, retrofit, project, and service work
- Comfortable working independently
- CRM discipline and working knowledge of Salesforce
Compensation
- Target earnings: $110,000–$150,000+
- Base salary plus performance-based commission
- Upside tied directly to performance, without caps on success
