We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging trainer to deliver impactful training sessions on Environmental Waste Management and broader Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) topics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in environmental sustainability, waste management practices, workplace health and safety, and regulatory compliance, coupled with excellent facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Environmental Waste Management and HSE topics.

Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
<\/span><\/li>
Facilitate in\-person and virtual workshops, seminars, and training sessions for individuals and organizations.
<\/span><\/li>
Address key topics such as:
<\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>
Waste reduction, recycling, and disposal best practices.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Environmental impact assessments and sustainability strategies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Workplace health and safety standards, risk management, and compliance.<\/span><\/span>

Emergency response planning and hazard control.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/ol>
Evaluate participant feedback and adapt training approaches to enhance learning outcomes.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Proven experience as a Trainer, Consultant, or Educator in Environmental Waste Management, HSE, or related fields.
<\/li>
Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability principles and workplace safety regulations.
<\/li>
Certifications in HSE or Environmental Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 14001, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
<\/li>
Excellent presentation skills, adaptable to audiences across diverse professional levels.
<\/span><\/li>
Ability to handle multiple learning styles and ensure engagement through real\-world application examples.
<\/span><\/li>
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in preparing and delivering course content.
<\/span><\/li>
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Google Workspace.
<\/span><\/li>
Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages.Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field is preferred.<\/span>
