We are seeking a Dock Manager to oversee daily dock operations while actively participating in unloading, loading, and material handling. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example and is comfortable operating equipment and working alongside the team.
Our ideal candidate is a reliable professional that has experience coordinating truck schedules as well as loading and unloading inbound and outbound material. We are a sustainable business which recognizes employee contributions and offers opportunities at all levels.

Basic qualifications:
- Must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds individually & more than 50 pounds with a Team Lift (2-person lift)
- Must be capable of coordinating and communicating across multiple departments and locations
- Must be capable of prioritizing, organizing, and developing specific goals
- Must be capable of overseeing the work crew as well as inspecting the condition of the facility and equipment
- Must be capable of Outlook, Google Docs, etc.
- Must be capable of operating a pallet jack, forklift, etc.
- Strong decision making and Attention to detail
Experience, Education, and Skills that could help
- Must have knowledge and experience coordinating truck schedules
- Must have experience coordinating Inbound / Outbound deliveries / shipments
- Forklift experience a must
- Ability to work well in a team
