We’re now seeking an Engagement Manager to play a key role in nurturing our customer relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of contracted services.
As an Engagement Manager, you’ll act as the trusted link between our customers and Cegal’s delivery teams, ensuring services are aligned to business goals and contractual commitments are met. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from initiation through renewal, while continuously seeking ways to improve performance, increase efficiency, and deliver added value.
You’ll combine commercial awareness, operational understanding, and relationship management skills to ensure each customer engagement runs smoothly, delivers measurable outcomes, and supports long-term success.

Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring service levels, commitments, and outcomes are achieved.

Coordinate internal teams across Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance to maintain alignment and operational continuity.
You thrive on building strong relationships, creating structure, and driving continuous improvement. You bring a blend of commercial understanding, service delivery knowledge, and clear communication — enabling you to balance customer needs with business priorities.
An ideal engagement manager will bring:

Higher education in Business, IT, Service Management, Project Management, or similar

Familiarity with ITSM platforms, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel
