The Project Manager will play a central role in leading the development and implementation of renewable energy projects from origination through the operational phase.
Responsibilities include managing permitting procedures, stakeholder engagement, interconnection applications, budgeting, and PPA negotiations. The position requires both technical and administrative coordination, involving close collaboration with internal teams, landowners, public authorities, and other stakeholders.
The main focus will be on building and executing a pipeline of projects in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Funciones
- Lead the full development cycle of renewable energy projects (mainly wind, with secondary focus on solar and storage) from early-stage origination to ready-to-build and commissioning.
- Identify and evaluate new project opportunities through greenfield development or acquisitions.
- Manage permitting processes, land agreements, environmental assessments, and grid connection procedures, as well as coordinate wind resource measurement campaigns.
- Collaborate with technical, legal, financial, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Engage with institutional stakeholders, regulatory bodies, municipalities, and local communities.
- Monitor relevant policies, grid capacity updates, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure project execution meets quality, compliance, and sustainability standards.
- Negotiate PPAs, manage energy sales, and source corporate offtakers.
Requisitos
- 3–5+ years of experience in project development, business development, or project management within the renewable energy sector.
- Valid driving license.
- Slovak/Czech: Native
- English: Fluent (Advanced or Proficient)
- Others: it will be a plus (spanish, hungarian)
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and stakeholder meetings across Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Formación
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or Business.
