Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes.
- Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
- Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
- May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.
- Provides informal guidance to new team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality.

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
The salary range for this position is $81,700.00- $109,200.00 USD Annual.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this role has variable compensation incentive of 10% . For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
