An established emergency animal hospital in Humble, Texas is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role and guide a skilled, passionate team of veterinary professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the medical team to maintain high standards of patient care

Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to veterinary staff

Develop and implement medical protocols and best practices

Perform diagnostic evaluations, medical treatments, and emergency procedures

Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree

Active or eligible Texas veterinary license
