Director, Environmental Health and Safety
At Torani, flavor is our passion – but it’s our people who bring that passion to life. Their safety, wellbeing, and growth are at the heart of everything we do. As we expand our manufacturing capabilities and distribution footprint, we’re not just scaling – we’re building a safe, sustainable, and inspiring environment for the long term. To support this evolution, we’re seeking a seasoned, people-first leader to champion Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), ensuring that our team members thrive in a workplace where safety, sustainability, and vibrancy come first.
Our Director of EHS is a high-impact leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and action. You’ll shape the systems, education, and culture that make safety second nature. As part of the leadership team in operations, you’ll drive strategy and execution across safety and environmental stewardship—partnering across the organization to strengthen our safety culture, protect our planet, and enable our team to do their best work.
At Torani, a Certified B Corporation, we flavor more than just drinks—we flavor lives. You’ll join a team that leads with heart, grows with purpose, and creates a safe, sustainable, and inspiring environment for all.
