ResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Project Leadership: Ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Planning and Organization: Skill in facilitating project planning sessions, defining scope and objectives, designing project plans, developing timelines, and tracking milestones against performance goals.

- Issue Resolution: Competence in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues by working collaboratively across teams.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Experience:
Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
Qualifications- Leads global risk reduction programs for CDBS Business and serves as the subject matter expert.
- Collaborates with multiple sites to improve culture, reduce risk and implement sustainable solutions to HSE problems; provides hands-on support.
- Coaches and trains site staff in culture, hazard recognition and risk reduction.
- A degree or certification in an HSE discipline is required.
- Certifications in leadership, training, ergonomics, or electrical safety are preferred.
- This is an On-site position.
